The small store beyond and west of the corner in the building situated on the corner of 19th street & Pennsylvania Avenue in this city, having been taking possession  of by this Bureau on the 23d March 1867, and occupied up to and including the 23d day of May following, with the understanding that rent therefor at the rate of $25 00 per month should be paid for the same, Maj. Brown will pay to the owner thereof rent therefor for the period stated, at the rate of (25$) twenty five dollars per month.
