Asks that this Bureau furnish blinds for the windows (eleven) of the Chapel on 23d St bet "G" and "H" Sts. donated by the Secretary of War to the Colored people of this City. Also a paling fence around the lot. This building is to be used as a school for children of freedmen

A suitable [[strikethrough]] picket [[/strikethrough]] fence of rough boards will also be constructed as within requested at a cost not to exceed ($50) fifty dollars —
