I have the honor to state that the "Washington Unitarian Ass'n" kept a night school for adults in the building known as the "Lincoln Institute," on the Island, for two months and a half, at $10 per month.

In behalf of the Board of Directors of Colored Schools, of said Association, of which I am Treasurer, I respectfully request that the rent may be paid by the Bureau.
