To: A. R. Brooks, New Kendall Hotel Framingham, Mass.

Subject: Relief from oath to attend training camp.

1. You are notified that at your own request you are discharged from the obligations of the oath taken at the time you applied to take a course of training at Plattsburg Barracks N.Y.

2. You will not report at the training camp. This supercedes all prior notices or instructions which you may have received. These headquarters will notify the Camp Commander of the action taken in your case.

Begged off in order to go to aviation section Sig Off Reserve Corps for which I applied in Dec 1916. Meanwhile spent time waiting by another session at Submarine Water in Bridgeport Conn.
