GLOBE INDEMNITY COMPANY
A. DUNCAN REID, PRESIDENT
WILLIAM E. BROOKS
AGENT
CASUALTY INSURANCE FIDELITY AND SURETY BONDS
2 MAIN STREET
FRAMINGHAM, MASS.

April 1, 1934.

Dear Raymond:

I enclose usual monthly statement, will make the balance short, but, not so sweet.

No change in rental at 76 Pearl Street, with exception of a few shoppers. (Rent received from all others in advance, this AM.)

Piscitello and Abdelmaseh notes are in same position as stated previously. Called Mc Cann. for more interest, none received yet.

Marsh. note, endorsed by Phillips was not received on 26th, when due. Marsh. died about two months ago; this leaves Phillips. holding the whole works at this time. The delay is caused on account of Mr. Phillips. issuing life insurance policy, payable to Realty Trust as collateral: Expect this to be attended to at once. Judge Luby. acts for him, and will notify me as soon as arrives.

Howard note is due today, have asked for payment plus interest, nothing received yet.(12.36 P.M.) Received Galvin interest, but nothing said about the principle.

Told Henry, the amount av interest due on March 31st, would amount to $89.18. Did not receive any check to cover as yet. Have notice on pad under date of April 7th, to effect that his note amounting to $800. balance of $1000. (advanced for license) would have run four months on April 9th.Understand he intends to pay this; if so, will change the amount of of $89.18 unless he pays that at the same time. The addition to cover the $800.00 for nine days would only amount to .12

Outside of the above news, would state."we are all still hanging on."

With best regards to all,

Your brother,
Bill.

How about the Elks; will I forward as usual?
