As to the shower bath and toilet in our cellar. First your sewer pipes must be lower than the cellar floor, with a drain either at the base of the shower, or on the floor to allow waste water to run off. Of course things were high when installed here, but my floor and back to shower are from the old toilet in the bar at the Old Colony; the toilet door and sides from one of the old Kendall mens toilet. I did not have to build any drain for the shower as it was already there. The cost of this was $24.99. The toilet cost a $100. even on contract.

Best regards,

Your brother,

McCann, cannot pay any interest but is on Cape Cod for a few days. Bridge is to be built connecting Franklin St to Centre. Old Sullivan property ought to be worth something now
