March 15 1935

Dear Raymond:

Your letter of March 12th, is received.

Glad you cleaned up your 1934 tax on [[strikethrough]]above[[/strikethrough]]-information forwarded, which, I trust is correct. Henry put his final through at the Framingham office yesterday.

If this market keeps on going down, will have to appeal to Trust personally: Hope not.

Cannot give any satisfactory information, as far has Henry's case is concerned; Don't think he is broke as fare as cash is in the case, but we don't seem to get it: Check to amount of $1600.00 is dated February --- 1935. but, is not giving any return. One of my personal idead is that business if satisfactory. Have offered to help in income tax returns, but, presume,"what I dont know" wont hurt anybody.

Mother was fair yesterday, but, on account of not being so good, did not attempt to take her anywhere.

Have not received the Mission stock dividend as yet. Do not think we should cash in at any present price, as, it would only amount to about $25.00

As to the Elks, would state I feel that we all should hang on, if nothing special personally, at least to the enjoyment and kind[[strikethrough]]e[[/strikethrough]]ness to our late Father. However if you feel that you want to get out: Request demit to lodge previous to April 1st, up to which time dues are paid in full; otherwise it would be cancellation of membership for non payment of dues.

Am enclosing Farmers' & Mechanics' Transferred slip for account of Helen, dated April 10 1935. to be signed by you at the top, as trustee of same, also a witness: Will have receipt from Helen signed previous to that time, in order to clean it up on that date. Also enclosed usual slip to cover usual $150.000 each for account of of liquidation. Was in hopes to have additional $400.00 in cash from Henry; also would state expect $400.00 from Howard April 1, 1935.

Amt* $1345.59 int due iN Apr. 4 and 7th.

Over.
