In regards to the first mortgage loans, would state I was in conference with Mr. Taylor. of the Trust Company. in regards to Mc. Cann. and Galvin. loans; While they have more cash on hand at present time, are not very anxious to have mortgage loans. At this time it is caused by Government say so: However, Mr. Taylor. stated that, he had been in conference with the State Commissioner, at which time he would allow him to talk, also he (Taylor) is now in New York for further permission regarding mortgages, and, requested that I take this matter up with him after April 1, 1935.

No payment by Mc Cann. or Abdelmaseh. as yet.

Was going to sent copy of Worcester Gasett of March 13, 1935, in which there is a writeup and picture of your frend Capt. Bissell. [[strikethrough]] also picture of him [[/strikethrough]] Mother is anxious to see this writeup, but, is now in Boston. She will possible forward in her next letter to you.
