Dear Raymond:
Am writing a few day previous to sending usual monthly statement, would like to take a few days of the last of next week, but, have rents, also, further information on Mc Cann. and Galvin. HOLC to find out just what they they will do for us.

RE: Annie E. Galvin. Home Owners' Loan Corporation.

Letter from HOLA. dated September 11, 1935. states in part as follows: "Applicant has failed to reply to our letters." "Your consent to accept bonds is no longer binding".
Mr. Galvin. states that all of correspondence has been answersedas requested; but, all replies are requested to be sent to usual efficiency that oneor the other in necessary departments does not know what is goin one. Intends to find out what its all about? Interest on their loan will be due this week, therefore am not kicking for a few days.

Re: Agnes E. J. Mc Cann. Home Owners' Loan Corporation.

Letter from HOLA. dated September 23, 1935. states they will allow $6100.00 in bonds against our loan and interest amounting to approximately $8400.00; also listed taxes to amount of $300.00 Repoirs $325.00 Cost $50.00: all estimated. Do not know whow is expected to pay those amounts, or, if it would be included in loan to them: If that is so, and, we can get second mortgage for the balance due same would be satisfactory to all. Would also state that letters from HOLA wind up at the bottom as follows:
"This communication is not a commitment."
Will get complete information Munday is possible.

Policy No. X-6932 to cover $9000. on your property from August 14, 1935. to August 14, 1940. as suggested on account of change of rates on that date. Would suggest you return policy No. L-152 to Newark Office for credit from date of new policy. You state in your letter it will be necessary to cancel your garage connection to receive new rate; note that garage is listed in new policy as attached to dwelling, that would be about the same as Massachusetts. Ours is enclosed.

Mother had more work done on teeth yesterday; hope it will be OK from now on. Seems to be OK otherwise.
Best to all, your brother,
Bill
