Dear Brooks;

There is nothing new to report other than the enclosed clipping. Wills is here in full force, and we hear that an aerial photographer is coming on in a couple of days from Boston, which means that he will clean up everything around here in the picture line. The International bunged up one of their Avros which has resulted in them not being able to have one over here, so it looks as if we have been Out of Luck for the last two or three days.

There seems to be no hope about getting the additional money required for the Jenny, and our morale is low as hell. However, we have'nt given up yet, even if we have to go out and get to work again. It's a bloomin long road that has not turning.

We feel, never-the-less, very much like giving the monied men the devil for not supporting a home town aerial enterprise like this. It seems that most of them cannot see beyon their noses.

Cheerio for this time,
C. Oren Smith

P.S. Did you order #10 envelopes. We use them in a majority of cases.
