Dear B. & S,
Still very busy. Printing campaign, battle maneuvers at Camp [?]. daily letter to hear things going at Kelly [?]......

Govt dope from you fellows. Sorry I can't offer any definite assurance about arriving at Framingham. Pending reorganization bill in Congress, and my tenure of present position, make it necessary for me to remain where I am. You two will have to keep things budding with my brother Bill, till I know where I stand.

I am just as well satisfied that the Jenny cannot be obtained. The Avro is best for our use. Glad the Avro price has gone down. Sure, go ahead and buy an Avro - after properly considering receipts expected from stock campaign. Don't let anyone get in a position to attach us on amount of any note, or in event that an [[?]] Avro is injured. I expect you are looking after that phase of the matter all right.

How much interest in the propeller stuff?

Fine news to hear that you've got [[?]] on the lists, and Coles is caring through.

By golly--wish I could see Mr. [[?]] and treat him right in Framingham. My regards to him when you see him
