Dear Brooks;

The papers of incorporation are going thru the State House, and we should have them in a day or two. The certificates of stock have been selected and will have been completed with the Corporate seal by Tuesday, following which we hope to call in all the promised kale. No additions, however, have been made to the list already tendered you. We hope to see Mr. Doon this morning at Natick and will be disappointed if we do not gain his cooperation.
Smith attended the second annual banquet of the Aero Club Saturday night, ad had the pleasure of hearing President Driggs of the American Flying Club, Godfrey Cabot President of the Aero Club of New England, Colonel Brant of the Eastern Dividions, and Colonel Drennan speak. The Aero Club of this state expects to secure a plane for the use of the members. A race is to be held between Boston and Richmond on July 4th under the combined auspices of the Aero Club of America and the American Flying Club, which are now affiliating. 
While at the banquet Smith met a chap who has been flying at Falmouth, but his bus, a Whittemore-Hamme crashed and as hehas'nt the money to reconstruct it, he is desirous of selling his rights. Falmouth has a municipal
