Dear Ray,
Things are not mooveing so swiftly just these few days and it sure seems hard to sit up here and watch a good day go by, Mr Luby took our papers in town yesterday, everything was O.K. except Smithey was elected clerk and have his residence as Detroit. By law the clerk must be a resident of Mass. so we hold the meeting over this afternoon. I will probably act as clerk. Our charter and stock certificates should be here in a few days. Apr. 7th approx. 

Can now say we have been refused, but that does not alter our determination. I called up Mr. Elton Clark, he was one whome I knew quite well and looked to for some support. He was awfully nice to me and made every apology
