Do not know how our policy of going slow at this point appeals to you but may I venture one argument in its favor. To date we have Long, Perkins & Dennison with us as big points for the future.

It is alright to go [[strikethrough]] ut [[/strikethrough]] out and interview people here now with the prospects of getting them to loan us their support, but until we are incorporated, have some money in the bank with good backers and know just where we stand it will be hard to offer a good line of salesmanship to the doubtfull [[doubtful]] investor. We will [[strikethrough]] so [[/strikethrough]] loose more than we gain. So I say the only thing for us to do now is to speed up the incorporation work. We will foreward [[forward]] you the results of Jas Luby's work as soon as he submitts [[submits]] it for our approval. I think he will fix us up and be a big asset to us. Am warming up to him. the more I see of him the better I like him. Both your brother Bill & Luby suggest making it all common. Think as far as I am concerned in this phase of the business to let them fix us up the best possible.
RH Long confirmed his letter to you by refusing to give us a direct left but his talk and manners boosted our moral 100%.
