We are itching like the devil to get a machine out on the Muster Field, because we will then be a going concern, and if others want to operate out here let 'em come, providing we have the jump on them.

About the aerial photography article-- it was partly News Letter stuff and part from other flying papers, and the remainder a bit of our own prognosis, but the paper took it upon themselves to give C. Oren Smith credit for the article. Sorry.

Smith took a hike off toward Milford the other day and sighted a pretty good landing field a mile or so this side of that town, adjacent electric and steam lines. All this prospecting around for future flying operations, you know.

As soon as the two props come this week, one two and one four bladed, we are putting them on exhibition and if we should cull any orders we hope to order a few more. Selling price to $25.00 merely 400% profit,-- hope the profiteering act don't catch us. We doped it out that $20,000 would buy five thousand props, and as souvenirs of the Great War, would bring a neat profit of $80,000. Not so bad for a side line if it could be put over, and sold throughout the states to ex- pilots and those desiring an article which represents the pioneer stage of aeronautics of war.

Your prices on printing [[strikethrough]] is [[strikethrough/]] are O.K. Might use the enclosed check to get some envelopes and letterheads. Hammermill bond is OK, Smith says he used it a lot before the war. We are with you in letting the cuts go for the time being, or at least until we are making money. Regarding the word "Airgo", Banks doesn't care much about using it, and Smith is Neutral. So we leave that to you. If you think it a good idea to use it, put it on the letterheads and we will have it copyrighted. Our idea about letterheads is that the one you drafted is oK, except that a line viz; ____________ 19 , underneath the heading is'nt [[isn't]] necessary, as most of the letters will be typewritten, and date is usually is inserted is then.

left side note: Please countersign cho.

Suggestion about Airgogram is a good one, if we use "Airgo". What do you say?

Had an application from a curtiss assembler yesterday. Keeping all applications on tap.

Trusting this finds you well,
Let us know when you think you are coming out to stay.
Sincerely,
B & S.
