militarily and commercially, and as we see it we have the bulge on every other company. We explained to the Colonel that our organization, as far as officers were concerned, is made up of pilots, and not merely one pilot in the company as the best lot of our competitors are made up of. He seemed to be immensely interested in the prospects of manufacturing aircraft in Framingham.

We have since doped it out that in view of having a lot of unused office space it might be a wise step to offer Colonel Drennan the use of part of our office for his requirements. In that way we would keep in touch with all the Government program for this district, and have an opportunity to grasp reports and other dope in connection with aviation.

In conclusion Drennan stated that Banks and Smith might be eligible for the U.S. Air Service Reserve. Think of that-when you come, as a Reserve Officer, you might take a flip on the Muster Field whenever you liked.

Tonight Thomas G. Portmore came in (Dennison's chief Mogul) and gave us a fine talk on the prospects in aviation, and said that we were bound to win out if we perservered. He promised to take one share and possibly more, within a few days.

We are sending you a list of all subscribers to date, and prospects, with those who have turned us down to date.

So long for tonight, best wishes, as ever,
