Temporary passenger carrying operations are being conducted at the State Muster Field, Framingham, using an Avro three seater airplane owned by the International Aircraft Corporation, Boston, piloted by Lieut. H. F. Banks.  25% of the gross receipts are turned over to our company.

No slaries paid to officers to date.  This item now under consideration by the Board of Directors.  Probably a small drawing account with a commission on operations will be paid. 

The following subscribers have paid for their stock; Captain A. R. Brooks, H F. Banks, C. Oren Smith, J.E. Luby, H. S. Dennison, T. G. Portmore, R. E. Mayall, R. F. Perkins, 
 OUTSTANDING: T. F. Rice, R. F. Long, A. J. Doon. CANCELLED: J. R. Cole.

The Corporation has secured a price of $4500 to $4700 f.o.b. Boston, on the three seater Avro Airplane.  $1500 in addition to present funds are required to secure this machine. 

The object of this bulletin is to acquaint stockholders with the condition of the Corporation and show why aerial operations, managed by the company, have not been undertaken up to date.  To speed up matters it is suggested that a public stock selling campaign be undertaken.  The Corporation invites suggestions along that line.
