December 6th, 1940.

Dear Nicky:

The Fair is over and the "Masterpieces of Art" signed, sealed and delivered, and thank goodness I am again in circulation around town.

Practically being a neighbor of yours, won't you drop in one day soon and see our new offices which are small but quite nice and adequate. I particularly want to show you a superb Benin Bronze, "The Flute Player" and talk to you about a couple of other matters I have in mind.

I am always here in the afternoon, but would appreciate it if you would give me a ring before you come to be absolutely sure I am in.

In the meantime, many kind regards.

Always sincerely,

(R. H. Waegen)
