Dear Miss de Kammerer:

It was so pleasant to receive your invitation card in this morning's mail and thus to have heard anew from you, and this after so many years.

I am, indeed, sorry not to be able to attend the opening of the exhibition of your pupils, as I am leaving for Europe within the next three or four days. Let me, however, send you my very best wishes for success and meanwhile congratulate you on having so brilliant a school.

I have turned over the invitation card to Mrs. T. D. Parker, whom you will certainly remember and who is expecially interested in contemporary artists. I know she will be happy to attend and convey to you my regards,

Sincerely yours,

Germain Seligman
