Aug. 23, 1938.

Dear Mr. Seligmann:

I have been waiting for certain things to develop more completely before again writing at length. Several things have arisen that may prove to be extremely lucrative. I hope to have proper information in about a week's time so that what I do have to say will make some sense.

Meanwhile, I didn't want to withhold the enclosed any longer. It is self-explanatory. Mr. Chadbourne is being seen on Aug. 29 anent this subject. Please let us know what you think. If it is satisfactory, perhaps you could sign and return before you leave for the States.

Hoping your summer has been a pleasant one and continues to be so. Regards from Loeb and yours truly.

Sincerely
Boris M Dayyan
