Pursuant to instructions received from our Mr. R.H. Waegen following his visit with Mrs. Hugh Dillman at Palm Beach, we beg to enclose copy of our invoice of September 27th, 1938, covering purchases made in the total sum of $9,000.00.

We understand that payment of the above was to have been effected by your office on January 1st, and we assume that it was overlooked.
