Zakaspiskaja obl. [Transcaspian],Krasnovodsk Zakaspiiskaya oblast was part of Russian Empire and doesn't exist now. In October 27, 1924 it was transformed into Turkmenistan. According to label locality is near Krasnovodsk, now it is Türkmenbaşy, city in Balkan Province on the Krasnovodsk Gulf of Caspian Sea.- NC
