WILLIAMS CHAS. B. BELL

After their return from a lake trip to Detroit, Mich., and Mackinaw the bride and groom will visit relatives at Coshocton country, before going to Palm Beach, Fla., where they will take up their residence, Mr. Bell having recently been appointed superintendent of schools at that place.
The bride graduated from Walhonding high school, and attended Kent Normal, Wooster and Ohio State Universities. For four years she was a teacher of the 6th grade at Charleston schools and during her residence here made scores of friends in church and social circles. She was ardent member of the Church of Christ and Loyal Workers Class.
Mr. Bell is a graduate of the university OF Iowa and held principalship of the high schools at Grinnell,Ia, and Monmouth, Ill. He was a successful worker in Y.M.C.A. service during the world war.

ENTERTAINS FOR LORETTA WEBEER
Mrs. Anna Wagner of West. 23rd st. played the role of hostess at a delightful social gathering Wednesday evening in honor of Miss Loretta Webber, bride elect of Frank Yunkers. The guest list comprised members of St. Joseph's choir of which organization Miss Webber is an active member.

Music and contests proved delightful diversions for guests throughout the evening. At 10:30 a delicious luncheon was served by the hostess assisted by her sister Lucy. A color scheme of pink and white was carried out in all details. Hand painted place cards marked the place of each guest and tiny baskets of confections were given as favors.

MEETINGS
The Drop In Bible class of the First Congregational church Sunday school will hold a social evening at the home of Mrs. William Oldman on 6th st, Friday evening. The meeying will be for any who desire to attend.

Meeting of the Win One Class of the Delaware-av M. E. church which was t have been held Friday afternoon, has been postponed for one week at which time Mrs. Harry Wellet of 209 Calfornia-av will entertain. 

Colonel Henry Laurens, a revolutionary  patriot, was the first person whose body, by his own wish, was cremated in America.
