Chicago,

Sun night 10/[[1x?]]
Dear Hattie - Away late & still a number of the must be written- [[?]] must do as I have no black paint- Its from Geo. At Dayton as you of course know- Saint Laird flew at Piedmont, Mo. 3 days last week- hurt his game knee getting out of [[machine?]]- first came in- looks not so serious but will probably lay him up few days again. I [[?]] all the letters the day [[?]] Georgie- Ms just [[back?]] to [[?]] them to [[?]] as had about given up ever hearing from him.

Have been [[?]] his [[track?]] for two days as could locate a few of his things & [[?]] him Fri. night to tell me where [[?]] of them were put. Yes he needs some one to keep track of them- but a girl should make him do that himself.

Mrs W. has been quite "over [[drawn?]]" [[?]] as there was but feeling somewhat better today. She sends love and says [[once?]] day may get a [[?]] to write again.

Sincere regards to you all
I hope Bill will get what he wishes and find it very agreeable
