Memorial
On motion, duly made and seconded, it was voted by directors Clayton J Brukner and Alden Sampson 2d to memorialize the death of Elwood J Junkin, late the president of the Company, All ballots cast affirmed, and the memorial is as follows:

Elwood J Junkin, late the president of the company, died November 1, 1926. The directors who served with him deem it fitting that we make note of his untimely demise....... Young in years he had already registered notable achievements in aeronautics.....Able, loyal and untiring, his contribution to this company was essential in values, and recognized...... The one man most wanted for future counsels, he now is impressively absent.....He lived his day. Most of it was sunshine. When evening shadows early fell, faith filled the sky with all the light, color and beauty of another morning's earliest hour...... He wrought in aircraft, and thereby and therewith in all his visions, he rose to mystic heights to meet the Dawn.
His widow and his child have our deepest sympathies.

Transcription Notes:
It is likely that the signature of "Nhoj Tsel" belongs to a man named John Lets, although I am unsure of why he would write his name backwards.
