PLANE SERVICE HOURS ALTERED
Afternoon Machines Leave at 4:45, Not 3:15, From Detroit, Cleveland
Schedule chances on the Detroit-Cleveland air line to become effective Monday April 2 for the accommodation of patrons were announced Saturday by Stanley E. Knauss, general manager of Stout Air Service, Inc., operators of the line. The plane that previously departed from the Ford airport at 3:15 p.m. for Cleveland will leave at 4:45 p. m. under the new schedule.

Likewise, the plane that previously left Cleveland for Detroit at 3:15 p. m. will depart at 4:45 p.m. under the new schedule. There will be no change in the schedule of the planes which depart from each end of the line at 9:15 a.m. They operate daily except Sunday.

The Detroit-Cleveland air line is one of the few in the United States devoted exclusively to passenger transportation and has established a record for patronages in the five months of its operation, having carried more than 2,000 passengers. Ford tri-motor transports, accommodating 10 passengers and baggage, are used.

Mr. Knauss also announces the addition of three planes to the sight-seeing service operated by the Stout company from the Ford airport. More than 23,000 passengers have been carried on the sight-seeing service since it was inaugurated June 1,1927, and preparations are being made to accommodate 50,000 in 1928.
