The organization building the WACO has been engaged in aircraft design, construction and operation for almost ten years, Clayton J. Brukner and Elwood J. Junkin, the designers, having been identified with aviation development since 1914. Since the close of the war this organization has been consistently striving to produce a better commercial plane. Several years devoted toward the perfection of the WACO has resulted, each year, in marked improvement and increased popularity, until 1923 WACO undoubtedly possesses, in larger measure, the attributes of a truly commercial plane than is generally believed possible.

The WACO is a large load capacity plane which carries two passengers and pilot in comfortable, accessible seats with performance which excels even that of planes using nearly twice the power. It has a high speed sufficient to be economical for cross country flying, yet a landing speed which makes landings safe in restricted areas. It is powered with the most universally used and most reliable motor made, the OX-5, spare parts being available almost everywhere. It possesses a ruggedness of design which insures ease of maintainance and consistency of operation. The first cost is low, yet no phase of the construction has been slighted. The finish and attention to detail displayed by the WACO is unexcelled.

Only by seeing this plane can its pleasing lines, beautiful finish, and appointments be appreciated. To fly it is to gain unbound confidence in its performance and a realization that an advance has been made toward serial travel. To buy it is to achieve good performance through economical efficiency rather than costly engine power.
