The number of accessions during the [[strikethrough]] past [[/strikethrough]] year [[strikethrough]] was [[/strikethrough]] has been 79. [[strikethrough]] against 46 for the year previous 1889-90. [[/strikethrough]] In 1889'90 the number was forty six. It will be observed that the number of accessions is nearly double that of last year, and I may add that the amount of material is also considerably greater, and more valuable.
