Bvt. Maj. J. M. Brown, D.O. B. R F & A L. will issue to Miss Susan Walker, in charge of Industrial School for Refugees and Freedmen, 7th street, near the Boundary, Washington, D.C. (5) five tons of coal and (2) cords of hard-wood, the coal to be delivered immediately, and the wood in quantities of half a cord each, as the same may be required by Miss Walker.

Maj. Brown will account for this fuel as expended for use of the Industrial School above named.
