Please issue an order placing the school building on 19th st. near "R" in possession of Rev. Dr. Turney for his school on condition that he shall use it for educational purposes including the education of refugees and freedmen. He will hold the building on the simple order until the decision of the court shall have been had as to whether or not these schools constitute the institute and university. If the decision is favorable to him the building can then be legally transferred to the institute and university for permanent use. He wishes also to place a colored school temporarily in the chapel near 24th st. and I think it would be well for him to occupy that building for that purpose.
