Major The Asst Comr directs me to request you to have the fence now standing around Kendall Green Barracks altered as follows. The part on M St. to remain as it now is; the part on 4th St. to be left standing for (130) one hundred and thirty feet) and the part on 5th St. left for 130 ft; all the balance of the fence to be removed, and a new line of fence run from 4th to 5th Sts 130 feet from M St. The Asst Comr wishes the work done as far as possible by tenants of the Kendall Green Barracks
