Respectfully referred to Mr John Kimball, Supt of Education DC &c to know whether or not these buildings are necessary for school purposes.

Respectfully returned.  The 1st & 7th Buildings are used for colored School by the Trustees, but as they belong to the QM Dept. I recommend that they be returned to that Dept when the Trustees can buy them if they wish.  The 3d Building is suited to the Trustees of White School for $1200.00 per annum
