did not seemingly object to the statement being sent to Perry. After hearing the discussion, I felt that the statement should be in the book. Since there was strong discussion for and against the statement, Jeff then stated that he would not send it in. No one else, however, volunteered to write another statement. In light of this situation Nelson suggested that if someone else would like to write a statement then they can send it in with the second statement taking precedent over the first.

Jeff then read quickly the By-laws which were accepted except for a few questions. The By-Laws call for objectives that Nelson volunteered to write. In answer [[strikethrough]] to the question of members being present, those members not present would vote by proxy. The question of
