being planned for the publication of short manuscripts based on studies of the Freer collections. Several valuable additions have been made to the collections, including Chinese scroll paintings dating from the 15th to the 18th centuries, several porcelains with similar dates, and a Bactrian silver bowl about 2000 years old.

ADJOURNMENT.

There being no further business to come before the Regents, the Board, at 12:15 P.M., adjourned, and the Regents inspected the assembled exhibits. A part of these were materials received at the Institution from service-men in the various branches stationed in the Pacific areas.
