MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING

The Secretary stated that minutes of the last Annual Meeting held January 12, 1951 had been circulated among the members of the Board. 

On motion the minutes were approved. 

The minutes of a Special Meeting of the Board of Regents, held May 3, 1951, on application of three members of the Board, also had been circulated to all members of the Board. 

On motion these minutes were approved. 

REAPPOINTMENT OF REGENTS

On January 29, 1951, the Speaker of the House of Representatives reappointed Representatives Clarence Cannon, Eugene Cox and John M. Vorys to serve for another two-year term as Regents from the House of Representatives. 

ANNUAL REPORT OF THE SECRETARY

The Secretary submitted his Annual Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1951, including the Financial Report of the Executive Committee, in printed form, stating that copies were before the Regents at the meeting. 

The Report was accepted as presented. 

REPORT OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
Mr. Fleming, Chairman, stated that the customary detailed report of the Executive Committee for the last fiscal year which ended June 30, 1951, with the statement for public information as to investments and income is included in the printed report of the Secretary of the Institution, which was before the meeting. 

The following additional matters, supplemental to this, cover the first half of the present fiscal year. 

The national firm of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Company made the annual audit of the Institution's accounts, their report being embodied in the printed account to
