SMITHSONIAN INSTITUTION 1350 George H. Edgell Lloyd Goodrich Lawrence Grant White and to recommend the election of Walker Hancock, a sculptor of Massachusetts, to replace James E. Fraser, retired, since he is now unable to attend meetings. In accordance with the above recommendations by the Commission the following resolutions were proposed: Chairman - Paul Manship Vice Chairman - Robert Woods Bliss Executive Committee: David E. Finley, Chairman Robert Woods Bliss George Hewitt Myers Gilmore D. Clarke Paul Manship (ex officio) Alexander Wetmore (ex Officio) In accordance with the above recommendations by the Commission, the following resolutions were proposed: RESOLVED: That the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution hereby approves the recommendation of the Smithsonian Art Commission that George H. Edgell, Lloyd Goodrich and Lawrence Grant White be re-elected members of the Commission to succeed themselves. On motion the resolution was adopted. A.W.
