VOTED that the Board of Regents approves the report of the Smithsonian Art Commission and the following actions taken at its meeting on December 6, 1960:

(a) Acceptance of the following works of art:

Marble, Napoleon Bonaparte (1808-1873) by Pierre Jean David d'Angers (1788-1856). Offered by Mr. and Mrs. Fortunato Porotto, Washington, D.C.

Bronze, Abraham Lincoln (1809-1865) by Augustus St. Gaudens (1847-1907). Offered by Cornelia Kremer, Washington, D.C.

Four heroic-size, white marble busts by William Couper (1853-1942) from the American Museum of Natural History, New York City:
Jean Louis Rudolph Agassiz (1807-1873)
Spencer Fullerton Baird (1823-1888)
Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)
Joseph Henry (1797-1878)

Black Belgian marble, Falcon, by Bessie Stough Callender (1889-1951). Bequest of Harold Callender, Paris, France.

Decorative wall hanging by Mary Ellen Crisp (Mrs. Arthur Crisp). Offered by the artist, Biddeford, Maine

Miniature purchased from the Catherine Walden Myer Fund: No. 126. India Ink portrait of a Lady attributed to Foster. Acquired from Mrs. Mabel Munson Swann, Barrington, Rhode Island.
