SMITHSONIAN INSTITUTION 1621

ADDITION OF NAME TO MUSEUM OF HISTORY AND TECHNOLOGY BRONZE TABLET

The Secretary reported that by action of the House of Representatives, Honorable James G. Fulton had been appointed as a member of the Joint Congressional Committee on Construction of a Building for a Museum of History and Technology for the Smithsonian Institution to take the place of Honorable Laurence Curtis, who was no longer a member of the House of Representatives. In view of the fact that the Museum of History and Technology Building was still under construction, it would be appropriate to add Mr. Fulton's name to the bronze tablet. On motion by Dr. Bow, seconded by Dr. Hunsaker, and carried it was

VOTED that the Board of Regents approves the addition of the name of Honorable James G. Fulton, new member of the Joint Congressional Committee on Construction of a Building for a Museum of History and Technology for the Smithsonian Institution, to the previously authorized bronze tablet for the Museum of History and Technology.
