I have the honor to report that the number of freed people forwarded to me during the month, ending this date, & for whom homes have been provided, has been 58. Of these:

30 have been men.
19 women-
9 Children under 15 years of age.

They are, as a general thing, doing well. receiving, the men from 12 to 20 Dollars & the women from 6 to 10 Dollars per month and Rations.
