I have the honor to transmit herewith, receipts, for property pertaining to Bureau R F & A L, transferred me, in months of April and May, which was not received until June 3rd 1867, as shown in the column of "remarks" on Invoices.

Only a portion of the property represented upon Invoices forwarded me, from your Office, was received, in consequence of which, I have made new Invoices & receipts, (herewith enclosed), the former which please sign and return at earliest opportunity.

I also enclose Invoices & receipts forwarded to me.
