I have used 2000 feet of Hemlock Boards and 2000 feet of Spruce in laying down a double floor, siding up the foundation, and making Blinds & Coal Shed for the school house, and for Privies. Also 50 feet 3x4 scantling.

I will return the old heater, (stove) to you, within a few days.

My Reports — No 2 — will be sent in on the 2nd inst.

The employees will continue for three or four days & can be paid at the same time for both months, as I shall discharge them as soon as the vessels are unloaded.
