8/9/79 ST3-1 Impact
                                                  on SMS

Bootick's office - Olasky briefing results of Singer quick-look study: what would they need to do to support ST3-1 requirements, + what does that do to the schedule.

3. visuals of a boom
4. new moving eyepoint - end of boom
5. underside of orbiter (with "missing tiles") in the aft DIG

THEN THE IMPACTS WOULD BE
1. delivery of the RMS simulation in late March
2. delivery of aft windows in late May
3. cost of $1.5 million dollars to accomplish everything required
4. this would push the "hump" in the SMS-time required for the aft
