• Cassegrain telescope w/ 2.7x10^-2 degree (115m on gnd) field of view. Supported by 2 16mm bore-sighted cameras (note: this means that the SMIR pass ground tracks will be on film-color? what kind of film/frame rate? (useful for future trg?)
• sensitive to weather: they'd like crew to call clouds, + shut it down ... morning is other direction: toward ground commanding only.
• Note: they don't really care what features they see, as long as it's over land ([underline]very[/underline]precise sequencing + altitude not required).

-> Mosel, Holmberg:
Next edition of STS-2 CAP [underline]won't[/underline] include OSTA-1 procedures. Now... where do we put them, and how should they be formatted to accomadate possibility of real-time changes to data take times? (Holmberg wants a book of pads... one for each pass).
CUE CARDS? PADS? Vse teleprinter [double underline]+[/double underline]HP41C?
