   HP 41C program: TJ working on new AOS/LOS routine. Voe it for Earth obs also?
   Note: Easy to incorporate approx sun angle-
         MET ---> LCL time  (easy conversion)
         GMT gives ~ long of sun          ________approx angle
         time of year gives lat of sun
