REM ready to latch:

tried latching with pins such that centerline of each pin was at the top of the black stripe. This puts IECM ~ 1/2" above lower REM, with no R-T-L indication [it's possible to determine this configuration with CCTV from cockpit]. Latching was successful.
NOTE: "bleeping" latches, CCTV views show you whether it's getting pulled down or not

(2) propose: OCAS to all IC's (if it's "READY",tol is O.K.)
