- get multi-phase cue cards

OPS 2 burns

1 [[circled]] no error needles until ITEM 27 is executed
(UNIV PTG still controls error needles until then)

2 [[circled]]if burn executed post - TIG, guidance doesn't use
computed roll but uses current roll

3 [[circled]] guidance looks at [[delta]] Vx,y,z to compute "line-of-sight" 
of burn in M50 coordinates.... once it computes that,
it will try to burn in that direction, even if burn
is executed late (doesn't burn LVLH  Vx,y,z, but burns
toward previously computed M50 attitude ....  not good
for perigee adjust burns

MLR [[double underlined]] (as of 25 FEB- pre Safety panel)
voltage transients (in either malf CRT or orbiter) cause pwr 
trip off. 
1 [[circled]] Capacitors added to CRT  2 [[circled]] J5 change for orb problem.
As of now, could expect false alarms going from 
process back to pre-process. Procedures: 1 [[circled]] shut exp
down if trip off while in process [[underlined]]mode (tb-bp)
2 [[circled]] assume false alarm & ignore [[underlined]] tb if in pre-process
mode   NOTE: malf annunciates  OVER T, P, travel in piston
