IMV Align Performance (DTO-273) -- Need to revisit these after STS-1 to find out which still need to be performed....e.g. (-04) & (-08), the FWD COAS IMV Align & FWD COAS CAL, were accomplished on STS-1. Look into deleting the aft COAS IMV align.

Note: (1) Horizon Limit test shouldn't go all the way to a lighted horizon with the shutter in override, but might as well go below 10˚
(2)the proposed ST NAV test is a dark horizon test (3) (-10) which rotates about axes, will be repeated on STS-3 in the cold case
