Action items from working group #15:
1) 80-01-70-25 IECM/RCS ops (in light of changes to RCS). Problem: during IECM ops, PRCS will be fired. A jet could fail on. Is monitoring a problem?
· when will jets be fired? If arm is stationary,"no problem" assuming brakes are effective if required
· this isn't a "monitoring of an auto sequence"
problem - its' a "what happens if PRCS
fails on" problem (with the corollary "what can I do about it?"). SPAR needs to answer this

2) 80-01-70-31 Provide FOD recommended single
mode vernier joint rate limits.
· vernier joint rate limits do not cause
"joint rate limiting" in manual modes vernier
· vernier rates used in FUR 128 and Phase V
are appropriate for single mode (cradling, etc.)
· larger question needs to be answered:
(1) What are appropriate vernier rate limits for loaded arm? Presumably this is payload dependent. How well can we monitor various rates? How fast do we typically move?
(2) What are appropriate course rates? These will be used in auto modes. How well can they be monitored?
