A2 - 51E pre-launch 
VAB leak check on 17" LH2 lime showed a leak -10x greater than spec. They tried toakuing things down, foroscoping, etc, never found it. Lengthy discussion on "would it self-seal", what was the reason for spec (no one knew...). Rolled out (KSC go, RI wouldn't ceitfy).    
L- I wk, decided to tank. TDRS backed out, rolled back. Found a bad (metal) seal....
 REPORT? PAPERWORK?
