Yes we have obsticle [[obstacle]] courses but the toughest ones were in Camp Peary there we practiced landing rope bridge 40 ft above the ground and hand walking devices, swinging from creek to the other side and landing [[strikethrough]] nets [[/strikethrough]] nets one at the start and one at the end and walking across log to hold your balance and if one doesnt [[doesn't]] he falls in to mud. Then he has to wash it out of his clothes. in addition we had exercise twice a day push up [[ups]] about 20 each time. We had a taste of about how the packs will feel they from 87 to 100 lbs probly [[probably]] 100 lbs when fully equipped. of course the rifles are only 8 more pounds without the Bayonets. The helmets are a couple of pounds too. Well our boat is supposed to be in at docks now and Sunday is suppose to be some sort of pass muster which supposed to go in to effect 8:00 AM Sunday. Truly we were to [[too]] tired to eat very much for supper at least I was. I was more glad to go to bed than to eat supper. The sandwiches seem to fill a person up quite a bit when he's tired.
